I have extremely high and most likely unatainable expectations for myself.

However in my head, when I develop these expectations, they don't seem unatainable at all. They seem perfectly logically, in fact. Easy, even.

The problem with unrealistic expectations, is that you NEVER live up to them. Never living up to your expectations means constant dissapointment.

How can you be happy if you're always dissapointed?

No matter what I accomplish in my life, it's never good enough for me.
