Sometimes I go through an entire day cold.

I wake up cold.

I put warm clothes on, but my body stays chilled to the bone all day long.

I wear my coat but I am still cold.

No matter what I do, I can't warm up.

Today was one of those days.

I just want to sit in my car with the heater on full-blast until my cheeks are flush.

I haven't smiled once today.
