3 Lbs. Diets/Weight Loss programs I have tried (and mostly failed): 1. Low Calorie. Just plain didn't work. 2. Low Fat. Lasted about three days. 3. BodyFlex (i.e. 'Aerobic Breathing') No results there either. 4. Fit for Life (i.e. 'Eat only fruit and vegetables or your body will shrivel up into a cancerous tumor and implode - also known as food-combining.) I think the reason I failed is obvious. 5. Carb Addicts. Failed because am Carb Addict 6. Curves Carbohydrate intolerant: Lost three pounds in 9 days. :(. - Almost quit - decided to stick it out for a couple more weeks - spent $75 at grocery store on *you guessed it* meat, cheese and vegetables. (And my salvation - sugar free jello, praise Jesus). |
