Top 10 Things NOT to Say to a Person Who Is On A Diet:

1. "You are not fat." (Unless person is severly underweight and is anorexic).

2. "...but Subway is low fat."

3. "You should try xyz other diet."

4. "Do you want xyz food that I know very well is not on your diet."

5. "...but xyz food is GOOD for you."

6. "You cheated you fat loser! You're never going to lose weight!"

7. "Diets don't work"

8. "You shouldn't do that diet, my friend did that diet and got the black plague and died."

9. "My doctor says .... about that diet."

10. "Oh, your on a diet? Hmm...I really need to gain some weight, but no matter what I eat I just can't gain any!"
